How to play Risk Game of Thrones (Skirmish edition)

In the Game of Thrones, the Skirmish Edition of Risk includes each player receiving three Knight plates. During the reinforcement phase of a turn, players can add these plates to any territory.

Alternatively: On any territory they desire, players can place two army pieces at a time in order. Players can take out 10 army pieces.
