The Uno Wild card is a black card with a multicolored 4 blocks in a circle (the four blocks are in a circle and are in four separate colors, red, yellow, green, and blue) on the front side of the card. The wild cards are mostly played and the person using the card decides the color of the game, which the next person uses and the wild card is worth of 50 points.
