  • All players can add additional pieces to their territories until all of their pieces can be assigned.
  • To form the draw pile, the players shuffle and lay the risk cards face down on top of the center of the board.

Take Turns

  • The player with the highest number goes first, and then the game continues clockwise.
  • Starting with the player who rolled the highest during setup, players take turns in a forward order.

Place Troops

  • On each turn, point one combat troop in an unoccupied region. Players can consider the number of territories they have their pieces assembled in and divide them all by three. For example, if one of you has pieces in 11 territories, you may get three troops.

However, in the end, there can be only one winner who can successfully capture all of them.
